Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical certificate in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year QA experience; inspection techniques preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret data.
• Strong math understanding and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work solo.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound/outbound inspection and generate reports.
• Inspect goods to quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Use calipers, gauges and measuring devices to verify part quality.
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning.
• Document quality anomalies and report to supervisor.
• Perform functionality tests and interpret results.
• Avoid production delays due to testing processes.
• Identify improvements for QC processes.
• Assist in root cause analyses and CAPA when needed.
• Escalate new risks and coordinate deviations and NCR/SCAR processes.
• Maintain QA logs and ensure ISO 13485:2016 / MDSAP compliance.
