Job summary

Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. in Quebec is seeking a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk to support shipping, receiving and production coordination. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will help ensure accurate material flow and documentation.

You will review quality systems, assist with audits, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining calibration records and training progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent experience in related field.
• Knowledge of plastics/rubber is an asset.
• Languages spoken: French; English is an asset.
• Written language: French; English is an asset.
• Software knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including processes and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Participate in non-conformance processes and problem-solving workshops.
• Review and maintain the production employee training system.
• Maintain product quality monitoring statistics and identify improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops.
• Participate in new product validation processes.
• Manage the calibration system.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the technician will contribute to the completion and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.

Main Duties

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
• Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Participate in the internal and external non-conformance processes. external partners.

• Review and maintain the production employee training system.
