Job summary

At CIMA+, the Manager, Quality Systems will lead the preventive and operational aspects of the Quality function, overseeing systems, processes, data, tools, and support methods to manage quality risks across the national professional services environment.

The role includes leading a team of Quality Specialists, providing matrix support to Sector Quality Advisors, and collaborating with management to drive certification readiness and continuous improvement in ISO 9001 compliant processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, management, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Design and implement a corporate framework for project quality planning and early intervention on high-risk, strategic, or complex projects.
• Be accountable for the quality support model provided to business sectors and regions, including request intake, triage, prioritization, service levels, assignment, coaching, escalation, traceability, and value measurement.
• Manage, develop, and oversee the expertise of a team of Quality Specialists while providing matrix support to Sector Quality Advisors.
• Support service proposals, RFQs, prequalification questionnaires, and client forms related to quality requirements; maintain reusable content and supporting evidence, coordinate validations, and ensure that proposed commitments are accurate and achievable.
• Represent the Quality function on operational committees, management committees, team meetings, and quarterly Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) committees; present performance results, trends, risks, initiative progress, and required decisions, and ensure appropriate follow-up on action items.
• Collaborate with the Senior Quality Manager responsible for compliance to support certification readiness and convert audit findings into sustainable improvements, while preserving the independence of audit activities.
