Job summary

Murata Power Solutions Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Compliance Specialist to ensure the company’s QMS aligns with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

The role includes leading internal audits, coordinating external audits, and supporting Functional Safety activities on NPI teams, with on-site work and one flex remote day per week. A technical degree and several years of automotive industry experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical/related field.
ISO 26262 Functional Safety experience is an advantage.
ISO 9001/14001/IATF 16949 experience required.
Experience in high‑volume automotive manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the QMS to meet IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and regulatory requirements.
Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits (IATF/ISO/customer).
Drive KPI reporting and Management Review activities; support training on QMS requirements.
