This position reports to:

The Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, working at the heart of industrial digital transformation. The Division’s portfolio includes analyzers measuring gas and liquid compositions; instrumentation for process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level; force measurement solutions for parameters like flatness, thickness, and tension; and advanced digital solutions for device management, health checks, and predictive maintenance. The division serves industries such as oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, and marine. It enables the optimization of industrial processes by providing and analyzing data from sensing and measurement devices, supporting environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and best practices; conduct audits of projects, processes, and suppliers.
  2. Oversee supplier selection, qualification, evaluation, monitoring, and improvement in collaboration with procurement.
  3. Generate project quality plans.
  4. Validate and approve design, purchasing, integration, and testing documentation; control quality during integration and testing.
  5. Participate in the Material Review Board as a quality decision-maker and help close non-conformities.
  6. Participate in the Configuration Control Board as a quality authority and follow up on design changes.
  7. Lead initiatives to simplify and optimize processes.

What it takes to Run what runs the world:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience in a regulatory or standards-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • French is required; English is also necessary for communication with external customers.
