Job summary

BWXT Canada Ltd. is seeking a Quality Records Technician to support the Quality Records function. You will verify production records, ensure documentation completeness and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and regulatory bodies.

The role involves handling history dockets, vendor documents, and training junior staff, with a base Ontario salary range and a comprehensive benefits package. Cambridge onsite with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Power Engineering Technology, Quality Assurance – Manufacturing and Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with external suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 and CSA N299.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information both verbally and in writing.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify production records and maintain traceability across documentation.
• Coordinate the flow of production orders and drawings with shop floor.
• Review documentation for completeness and sign-offs.
• Review vendor documents for accuracy and compliance.
