In this position you will be reporting directly to the Quality Team Lead-Metrology and will be responsible for manufacturing quality readiness of the Welland facility. You will support quality processes within the manufacturing site and cross-functionally within the Waukesha business unit. You will develop an in-depth understanding of quality theories, practices, concepts and principles in all parts of the manufacturing function. You will provide technical guidance and solve problems through analysis and leveraging multiple sources of information to deliver a high-quality product to our customers while ensuring quality processes are being met.
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
