Job description
Duties
  • Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Manager will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
  • Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
  • Manage the internal and external non-conformance process.
  • Lead problem-solving workshops.
  • Review and maintain the production employee training system.
  • Maintain statistics related to product quality monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement workshops.
  • Manage the new product validation process.
  • Manage the calibration system.
Required Qualifications
  • Spoken and written languages: French and English.
  • Knowledge of software: World, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Open-minded, proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
