  • Perform routine visual inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Heavy lifting may be required at some locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

You will read work instructions and conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Wage & Shifts:
  • $17.60 per hour
  • Must have an open availability for days and afternoons and, some midnights
  • Mandatory weekends when required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, crouch, push, pull, kneel, overhead reach, and repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience in quality control in the automotive sector or other related fields
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with speaking, writing, reading and, comprehending English
Responsibilities:
  • Read work instructions and perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  • Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
  • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
  • Participate in routine visual inspections
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Heavy lifting required at some locations
  • Other duties as assigned
