What You’ll Do
  • Manage and enhance our SPC program to improve product quality and eliminate waste
  • Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone tools
  • Deliver training on SPC methods to production and quality teams
  • Drive corrective actions for product/process nonconformities
  • Maintain and update PFMEA documents, control plans, and quality documentation
  • Visit customers to resolve quality issues and promote a proactive quality culture
  • Conduct audits and support compliance with internal and external standards
  • Support our Quality Improvement Plan to boost consistency and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
  • University degree in Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of SPC and quality tools
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs
  • Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., Minitab)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Internal Auditor certification
  • CQE preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
