Quality Control Manager | $5k + VB | Precision Machinery

Basic from $4,000 to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm

Responsibilities

Supervise Quality Control activities, including inspection plans, schedules, and updating Quality Records.

Oversee inspections, reports, and documentation completed by inspectors, ensuring proper collection and filing of required Quality Records.

Prepare and review Quality Records for customers as needed while managing and updating customer drawings, including revision control.

Develop and implement Quality checklists, inspection criteria, and in-house and supplier quality management.

Evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel and plan/manage internal and external audits.

Administer and enhance the company's ISO Quality System while maintaining documentation compliance.

Supervise equipment calibration management activities, including Equipment Calibration Control and Drawing Control.

Conduct and review safety risk assessments.

Requirements

Min. GCE “O” Level or equivalent with min. 4 years of Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) or relevant experience, including proficiency in measurement instruments and Quality Certification.

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat, and Windows.

Experience with the First Article Process is highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with the China office.
