Job summary

Phoenix Group is looking for a Quality Control Inspector based in Edmonton to oversee quality compliance for current project turnovers. This fixed term role lasts for 10 days and requires a strong background in quality control with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in quality control; prior Quality Control Inspector experience an asset.
• Successful completion of a pre-access drug and alcohol test.
• Valid Drivers Abstract.

Quality Control Inspector

Phoenix Industrial is currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help out with a current project turnover in the Fort Saskatchewan, AB immediately for 10 days.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in quality control; prior Quality Control Inspector experience an asset
• Experience working with regulatory authorities, and within industrial construction, maintenance, and/or shutdowns
• Sound knowledge of applicable Safety Codes Acts, Regulations, Codes of Construction, standards and specifications
• Excellent communication skills to ensure compliance to quality codes, standards and site requirements
• Ability to forge, grow, and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities
• Ability to record, track and report deviations accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) with the ability to work with multiple programs
• Adherence to site specific safety requirements; ensuring compliance with client specifications and applicable codes and standards.
