Fidelity Machine is seeking a Quality Control Administrator to help ensure quality across production. You will collaborate with the quality control team to verify specifications, complete documentation, and prepare QA packages.

The role may involve internal audits, digitizing data, and other quality tasks as needed. The position follows standard hours 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, in Calgary, Alberta.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience is not stated in the ad, use as description of expectations.
• Experience reading engineering and manufacturing drawings is preferred.
• Experience in the machining industry is considered an asset.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and concepts is considered an asset.

TheQualityControl Administrator willberesponsibleforthefollowing:

Role:

A Quality Control Administrator is responsible forhelping to ensure all aspects of quality within our production. They will workclosely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet intendedspecifications and requirements. The role may include internal auditing,completing required documentation, preparing documentation packages, digitizingdata, or any other quality related tasks as needed.

Duties Include:

• Prepare quality packages
• Create bubble drawings
• Ensure all routers & QC sheets are signed and fully completed
• Digitize QC data sheets & print all necessary paperwork for customers
• Attend job kickoff meetings as needed
• Perform internal QA audit and manufacturing audits
• Assist with other tasks and position coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School education or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing or quality control considered and asset
• Mandatory that this role take part in a criminal record check and controlled goods screening

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Experience reading engineering andmanufacturing drawings is preferred
• Experience in the machining industry isconsidered an asset
• Experience using measuring tools such ascalipers, micrometers, gauges, is considered an asset
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and conceptsis considered an asset

Core Work Hours:

• 7:30am-4:00pm Monday - Friday
