• Two (2) years of directly related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Customer Service operations and training for the Parking Authority.
• Monitor quality of services provided to customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop and organize the structure and content for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
