In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our application lifecycle—triaging user requests, managing testing processes, and championing quality standards across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage smoke and regression testing for applications
• Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming help desk requests
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans
• Establish and improve QA methodologies and tools for defect management
• Analyze risks related to defects and security issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support levels
• Communicate effectively with technical and business teams
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives
• Stay current with QA best practices and industry trends

The experience we like to see

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT or related field
• 3+ years of software testing experience
• 3+ years in an IT-related customer service role
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure DevOps and Business Intelligence

Bonus Points

• BSc in Computer Science
• 5+ years in QA, with at least 3 years in testing and IT support
• Experience with ERP & CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Experience with Data Quality programs and/or a BI platform (PowerBI)
