As Quality Assurance Manager you will be able to building a successful Department and implement best practices across the Group of Companies.
The role:
Create and develop Quality Department across the Company
Creating quality control policies and procedures
Understanding product standards and specifications and communicating them to production teams
Finding ways to improve the manufacturing process so the company can maximize resources and produce better products
Conduct on-site QC/QA observations and inspections of various components of the building envelope during and after construction for quality and conformance to specifications, codes, and schedules.
Use and operate various equipment to gain access to different components of the building envelope and structure, including being able to perform work comfortably and safely at elevated heights.
Prepare computer generated professional reports to document general observations, conclusions, and recommendations for all services.
Confer with Supervisory personnel, Clients, Contractors, and Design Professionals to discuss and assist with the resolution of matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
