Job summary

Wholesome Kids Catering is seeking a Quality Assurance & Food Safety Supervisor to lead HACCP ownership and drive continuous improvement in a hands-on, site-based role. You will work with Operations, Sanitation, and Supply Chain to uphold food safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, FSQA and requires strong HACCP knowledge, auditing experience, and the ability to influence cross-functionally across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related.
• Minimum five years’ experience in HACCP-controlled food manufacturing or catering.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, prerequisite programs, GMPs, and Canadian regulations.
• Internal Auditor certification required; PCQI and related certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Own HACCP/Preventive Control Plan and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead hazard analyses, validations, verifications, and change evaluations.
• Verify CCPs and allergen controls through reviews and trending.
• Support audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance with cross-functional teams.
