About the Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and food safety initiatives.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of incoming products, storage conditions, and handling processes.
  • Maintain and update quality control documentation and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including CFIA, FDA, and other applicable standards.
  • Investigate and document customer complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and executing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct training sessions for warehouse and production teams on quality and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure ingredient and packaging compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain product traceability and recall procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and corrective actions.
