CAE is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to ensure that data products on Microsoft Fabric are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business goals. You will validate data across the Medallion architecture and apply the Data Platform Coding Framework to end-to-end tests from source to Power BI.
As a bridge between business and technical teams, you will manage defects, verify performance and data integrity, and drive continuous improvement to enable trusted, auditable analytics for decision-making.

Summary
The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all data products delivered on the Microsoft Fabric platform are accurate, reliable, and fully aligned with business objectives defined through the Goal-Question-Metrics (GQM) model. This role validates data quality across the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) by applying CAE’s Data Platform Coding Framework to perform end-to-end testing of data acquisition flows. It also ensures that data products comply with governance standards through Microsoft Purview, including the evaluation of metadata, lineage, and data security controls.
Acting as a key bridge between business and technical teams, the Data Quality Analyst manages defects, verifies performance and data integrity, and drives continuous improvement to ensure that analytics outputs are trusted, auditable, and enable effective data-driven decision‑making.
