Job summary

GuestTek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst focusing on AI automation in the QA environment. You will help establish and execute test plans to ensure product quality aligns with GuestTek specifications.

The role emphasizes developing automated testing strategies and maintaining robust test plans, while reviewing results and enhancing test processes for reliability and efficiency. Strong English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in product development lifecycle and testing.
• Deep knowledge of and experience with QA test methods, techniques and frameworks, backed up by proven experience in the testing and test automation area of at least 3 years.
• Proven ability to develop robust, efficient, flexible and maintainable code in a test driven way.
• Knowledge of recent test automation tools, software development tools and technologies, languages, frameworks and trends is useful.
• Preference will be given to individuals who have been involved in development/testing projects.
• Experience working in an agile development environment would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation/maintenance of automated test plans.
• Research and answer questions in support of Technical Support and Development.
• Thoroughly document testing progress and maintain test lab and equipment.

Position: Quality Assurance Analyst - AI Automation

Department: Product Development

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for establishing and executing test plans and procedures that will deliver a quality product within established Guest-tek product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience and strong interest in expanding AI into our QA environment.
• Development automated testing plans and agents that test and evaluate software releases.
• Ensure that products meet the needs of our customers, end-users, staff and business partners.
• Assist in testing and evaluating software for bugs, functionality, and ease of use to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
• Review test results and modify tests if necessary.
• Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Assist with the creation/maintenance of automated test plans.
• Research and answer questions in support of Technical Support and Development.
• Thoroughly document testing progress and maintain test lab and equipment.
• Maintain a level of competence in regard to changing Internet landscape. (Network and software paradigms).
