Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS), contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (site management, quality network, certification bodies), organise and analyse internal audits, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing and updating QMS documentation, but also monitoring and communicating progress on quality action plans.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring Quality Management System documentation is properly managed, updated, and communicated
  • Keeping the site management team informed about the status of process deployment, implementation, and results
  • Enhancing the assessment of QMS effectiveness through internal audit organisation
  • Issuing yearly internal audit planning (including workstation audits) and monitoring its achievement
  • Preparing, following, and analysing QMS assessments achieved by certification bodies and main customers
  • Communicating about QMS improvement actions through the quality network
  • Ensuring "Problem Solving Tool" action plan management, following findings from system audits
  • Organising and consolidating results of Process Reviews and site Quality Management Reviews
  • Effectively organising internal and external audits and managing resulting action plans
  • Evaluating quality performance in each process through internal audits
  • Updating Quality (QMS) reference documents using REX processes and external benchmarking
  • Managing Quality dashboard KPIs (CONQ, DFQ performance, Top issues performance, etc.)
  • Driving results from the improvement process and its deployment (Quality Action Plans)

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation and manage multiple interfaces
  • Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and collaboration skills with an international mindset
