Could you be the full-time Quality Analyst in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS), contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (site management, quality network, certification bodies), organize and analyze internal audits, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing and updating QMS documentation, but also monitoring and communicating progress on quality action plans.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field
Ability to navigate a complex matrix organization and manage multiple interfaces
Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and collaboration skills with an international mindset
Knowledge of management systems and internal quality auditing
Proven prior experience coordinating problem-solving for quality and safety issues
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new security standards for rail signalling
