A leading SaaS company in Canada is seeking a Qualitative Research Coordinator to execute and manage online research projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or research, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a strong aptitude for technology. As Alida's Qualitative Research Coordinator you will be responsible for executing, managing, and overseeing online qualitative research projects (e.g. IDIs, focus groups, UX) for our clients using our SaaS platforms within the Managed Services team. Our clients’ success depends on timely and accurate delivery on these projects.
You will be client-facing and will work with external vendors and internal teams, with a focus on client service and project success in online qualitative research. Due to the nature of the work, you would be expected to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment to guarantee timely and accurate delivery. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to assist Fortune 500 organizations gather actionable research, project coordination experience, and basic knowledge about insights management is strongly encouraged, along with a drive to learn every day, to own the details, and to deliver exceptional customer service.
