A global energy infrastructure provider seeks a QHSE/Production Lead to enhance safety performance on the shop floor. This role involves conducting safety assessments, collaborating with production staff, and leading training initiatives. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in welding/fabrication and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment. This role is responsible for driving safety performance and culture at the shop floor level. Embedded within the Production team, the role ensures that safety protocols are integrated into daily workflows. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the QHSE / Production lead acts as the primary safety advocate on the shop floor, reviewing all daily posted Pre Job Hazard Assessments (PJHA) for applicability to the work being performed, coaching employes (when required) to best utilize safe work practices and procedures, leading incident investigations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
