Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure that all products meet required quality standards and specifications.

Oversee the inspection of CNC machined parts using various measurement tools, including CMM, micrometers, and calipers.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to improve product consistency and reduce defects.

Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards

Prepare and maintain documentation, including inspection records, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.

Train, develop, and mentor the QC team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in quality control, with a strong background in the CNC or manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, quality control tools, and inspection techniques.

Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards.
