Zusammenfassung

Agropur in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead daily QC operations, ensuring products meet internal and regulatory standards. You will oversee the QC team, manage sampling and analyses, and drive continuous quality improvements.

You will collaborate with production to resolve issues, participate in audits, and maintain lab documentation, SOPs, and safety compliance. A college/university degree and 3–5 years in QC are expected, with bilingual French/English

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of quality control or QA experience in the food industry.
• Experience managing a team, ideally in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and CFIA requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct, and control activities related to the department, including QC laboratory activities.
• Supervise QC Technicians and ensure analyses and inspections of materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
• Oversee daily sampling and testing to ensure GMP/GLP/HACCP compliance and food safety requirements.
• Manage quality control documentation including COAs, reports, and calibration records.
• Contribute to root-cause investigations and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Participate in audits and maintain lab safety and SOP compliance.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with production to improve product quality.
