Job summary

Linxus Group seeks an experienced inspector for a 3-month Edmonton training phase, followed by Fly IN/OUT from Ft. McMurray on a 14/7 basis. The 2-year project will then return to Edmonton.

Candidates should have extensive inspection experience in pressure vessels, piping, and structural components, coordinating with ABSA A.I. and performing hydro-tested vessel inspections. Responsibilities include checking layouts, dimensions, conformance to drawings, and marking vessels for NDE, covering

Qualifications

• 3 years of inspection experience in pressure vessels, piping, and structural components.
• Coordinating with ABSA A.I. for all pressure vessel and heat exchanger SOW.
• Inspecting hydro tested vessels and regular inspections of module assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Pressure Vessels, Piping, Skids, Platforms, Ladders, pipe racks and Structural components.
• Inspect Vessel Internals and attachments.
• Check layout, dimensions and materials for conformance to drawings and specs.
• Identify and mark up vessels and piping for NDE.

EXPERIENCE

3 years of inspection experience in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, pressure piping, and structural components

Responsible for coordinating with ABSA A.I. for all pressure vessel and heat exchanger SOW

Responsible for inspecting the Hydro tested vessels

Responsible for Module Assemblies regular Inspection regarding P&IDs

Inspect Pressure Vessels, Piping, Skids, Platforms, Ladders, Pipe racks and Structural Components, Vessel Internals and attachments

Check layout, dimensions and materials for conformance to the Approved drawings and specifications

Identify and mark up vessels and piping for Non Destructive Examination
