Job summary

Sonele Inc. in Markham, Ontario is seeking a QA Inspector to thoroughly review plans and specifications, conduct dimensional and visual inspections, and document inspection results.

You will ensure compliance of incoming parts, in-process subassemblies, and finished products with documented requirements. The role requires hands-on metrology experience, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze supplier performance data while maintaining calibration of QC equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience with standard metrology equipment (calipers, dial indicators, gauge blocks, etc.).
• Familiarity with quality control standards and ISO 13485 is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and measurement skills, accurate documentation, and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand product requirements.
• Prepare documentation of inspection activities, including detailed inspection specifications and instructions.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of incoming parts and subassemblies using standard physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements.
• Verify that in-process subassemblies and finished products conform to documented inspection documentation.
• Document inspection results and collect/analyze inspection data as required.
• Report all non-conforming components, subassemblies, and assemblies to the concerned department at the earliest.
• Collect and analyze supplier performance data.
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.

• Strong plan and organizational skills, as well as great attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Salary Range

CAD$20.00 - $25.00 hourly
