Clariti Cloud Inc. is seeking a senior QA/SDET professional to lead automated testing for agentic development. You will own test workflows, review AI-generated tests, and ensure end-to-end quality across APIs and systems.

Role demands 5+ years in QA with hands-on Playwright in TS/JS, strong Agile experience, and the ability to drive testing strategies in a fast-paced product environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or software engineering with a quality focus.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Playwright automation with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience shaping QA practices on a product, startup, or new product team.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and agentic tools in real delivery workflows.
• Quality-ownership mindset across the whole system and testing needs.
• Exploratory and risk-based testing instincts to find undefined behaviors.
• Ability to read and critically evaluate code you did not write.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD test pipelines.
• Solid grounding in Agile, test strategy, risk-based planning, and regression scope.

Responsabilidades

• Shape quality from the start with product and engineering acceptance criteria.
• Design and own automated QA workflow for agentic delivery and reporting.
• Review AI-generated tests and code for correctness and gaps.
• Probe edge cases, data integrity, security, performance and cross-system behavior.
• Keep test coverage deliberate by mapping risk to tests.
• Design and maintain end-to-end and API automation with Playwright and TS.
• Build CI/CD quality gates so changes are verified before merge.
• Track quality metrics like escape and flake rate and test maintenance.
• Triage failures and fix the system to prevent recurrence.
• Upskill the team on testing for agentic development.
