Responsibilities

• Planning and executing end‑to‑end testing activities requiring collaboration with multiple teams.
• Coordinating with downstream teams, including vendors.
• Maintaining a close relationship with the environment owners and multiple downstream SIT leads to ensure the environment is fully provisioned and testing progresses as planned.
• Hosting end‑to‑end test planning meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
• Managing program timelines independently, identifying risks and providing necessary mitigations, keeping communication lines open with stakeholders, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Hands‑on experience with SDLC agile methodology, including Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of solid QA testing experience with end‑to‑end coordination.
• Good understanding of the entire QA process.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• End‑to‑end coordination experience with multiple downstream teams, including vendors.
• Creation of E2E playbooks and task tracking to completion.
• Identification of test data for downstream applications and collaboration with source systems to create them.
• Effective and efficient use of test environments; proactive management of any conflicts or issues.
• Reporting and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle numerous projects and tasks concurrently.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Identification of risks and provision of necessary mitigations to enable the program to run as planned.
• Java, Selenium, and API automation knowledge will be considered an advantage.
