• Proven experience in business and quality analysis.
• Knowledge of business process management workflows & data flows.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
• Detail-oriented and capable of detecting and addressing faults and problems.
• Good understanding of software development and database management.
• Understanding of various testing methodologies and approaches.
• Experience and certifications in various project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various types of testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects during testing.
• Lead and participate in projects solving problems in Operations.
• Facilitate process optimization by eliciting user requirements.
• Assist business stakeholders with User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide post-implementation support to measure project benefits.
