What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Determine requirements for deploying new features and functions to developer and test environments
• Analyze and identify gaps in test coverage, designing test cases and scenarios
• Serve as the quality champion, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria and QA standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore teams
• Document, triage, investigate, and retest bugs and failures

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and testing software
• 2+ years of leadership experience with initiatives and/or projects
• 2+ years of experience creating automation in Java or a similar language
• 2+ years of test automation experience with Java, Groovy, Selenium, or relevant scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with automation testing across APIs, UI, microservices, and both frontend and backend systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Solid understanding of how to apply QA methodologies and processes
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
• Comprehension of data structures, data manipulation, and system process flows
