Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead. In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in React, NodeJS, Typescript, SQL/NOSQL, Python full stack.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python & React.
• At least 2 years of experience in Node JS.
• Strong OOP concepts with experience in Lazy loading and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in building Agents or AI Applications using LLM, Multi-Agent Frameworks (Langraph or any other).
• E2E Experience in building AI Features, (from development to QA, production Deployment, Security implementation for those features).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Exposure to ML services is a Plus.
• Exposure to scaling from AI ideas to full production applications from scratch.
• Experience in MS Azure.
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89,004 to $ 115,491.
