Luxoft seeks a hands-on delivery professional to own end-to-end software delivery within the Total Fund Management Portfolio Management Technology team. You will design and implement backend services and cloud-native applications (AWS), build RESTful APIs, and automate workflows, while managing risks and communicating progress with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Must have consulting, advisory, or client-facing delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ownership with independent delivery without close supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools in daily delivery.
• Strong Python experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience building RESTful services/APIs.
• Extensive cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong unit/integration testing practices.

We are seeking a hands‑on talent to support delivery within the Total Fund Management Portfolio Management Technology team. This role is suited for an experienced, self-directed individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and deliver working solutions with minimal day‑to‑day oversight.

This is not a role for someone who requires detailed task breakdowns or constant direction. Once objectives and constraints are clear, you are expected to independently drive work to completion, proactively manage risks, and communicate progress effectively.

This role is opened for subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Own timelines and deliverables, proactively managing scope, dependencies, and execution risks
• Independently frame, design, and deliver software solutions by engaging stakeholders, clarifying ambiguous requirements, and challenging assumptions
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs aligned to those designs
