Role description

Arcadis is seeking an enthusiastic Pursuit Coordinator to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in this role you will support in-country Mobility pursuits valued at less than $1 million assisting the team from initial opportunity identification through to final pursuit close-out. You will help develop engaging client-focused proposal materials coordinate logistics for shortlist interviews and contribute to the smooth completion of pursuit activities.

Working closely with the Mobility Canada Pursuit Director Business Area Sales Lead sector leaders account leaders and the core pursuit team you will help ensure our pursuit processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver value to our clients and contribute to Arcadis reputation as a trusted leader in the transportation and mobility sector.

Role accountabilities

In this role you will assist in the coordination and preparation of proposals and pursuit materials ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with client requirements and Arcadis overall win strategy. You will play a key part in producing high-quality client-focused documents that support our pursuit of new opportunities in the transportation sector.

You will also support the pursuit team by organizing meetings tracking deadlines and maintaining essential pursuit documentation using tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud and the pursuit Collaboration addition you will help gather and summarize technical and commercial information to be included in proposals and presentations ensuring that our submissions are both comprehensive and compelling.

In this role you will contribute to tracking pursuit budgets and coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep activities on schedule and within scope. Collaboration will be central to your work as you engage with finance legal and account teams to support pursuit activities and ensure compliance with all internal processes.

Finally you will participate in debrief sessions capture key lessons learned and assist in implementing improvements for future pursuits. Your proactive approach will help drive continuous improvement and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our pursuit process.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Some experience in a coordination or support role ideally within engineering architecture transportation planning or a similar environment
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to help prepare clear compelling proposal content
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
  • Interest in learning about project delivery models client value propositions and pursuit processes in the transportation and mobility sector
  • Ability to use standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite); experience with sales or collaboration tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud is an asset

The salary range for this position is $78000 - $117000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role.
