Job description

Reporting to the Manager of Public Works, the Public Works and Recreation Coordinator provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the Public Works and Parks, Recreation, and Facilities departments. The position assists with the coordination of municipal services related to roads, bridges, parks, community centres and other Township facilities. Responsibilities include responding to public inquiries, maintenance, maintaining records and financial documentation, assisting with budgeting and reporting, and communicating with Township staff, contractors, and community groups. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills and experience in an administrative role, preferably within a municipal environment.
