Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a co-op program or recent graduate seeking public accounting experience.
• Be ready to learn on the job from partners, managers and staff of varying skill sets.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with tax software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping
• Canadian and/or U.S. personal tax return preparation
• Corporate T4 and T5 return preparation
• GST return preparation and filing
• Correspondence with CRA
• Administrative work to meet filing deadlines
