Qualifications

• Must have current registration as a Registered Nurse in B.C.
• Graduation with a public health nursing component is required.
• Six months of recent Public Health nursing experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Immunize children and adults against vaccine-preventable diseases.
• Investigate and manage communicable diseases.
• Provide prenatal and postnatal assessments and referrals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and conduct educational programs.
