Qualifications

• CPA designation and active membership
• 4–6 years of public accounting experience
• Strong business acumen and accounting knowledge
• Experience serving clients in diverse sectors is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead client teams on audits, tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls and financial transactions.
• Deliver audit and assurance expertise through client work and reports.
• Manage a client portfolio, understand business risks and grow relationships.
• Plan engagements, manage project financials including budgets and billing.
• Maintain quality control and apply technical knowledge to client reports.
• Network to identify business development opportunities and propose competitive proposals.
• Mentor and coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Be willing to travel as needed.
