  • Extensive experience in providing clerical and administrative support for a large-scale public-facing program.
  • Experience providing customer service to diverse segments of the public, including complaints handling.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask under strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proven effective written communication skills.
  • Experience interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and administers campsites in the Seasonal Camping Program.
  • Manages program information flow to customers and public information officers.
  • Responsible for reconciling draw records and department revenues.
  • Coordinates Commercial Concessionaire and Campground Host Programs.
  • Prepares annual parks statistics.
  • Supports the Parks Reservation Service during peak times.
