Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Associate for its Toronto Premium Outlet location in Halton Hills, Ontario. You will drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience and engaging in clienteling while supporting store operations.

You will build client relationships, stay informed on brand DNA and product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to ensure the store is guest-ready and aligned with company policies.

• 1+ year in retail or sales with strong customer service focus.

• Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on all sales, events, or client inquiries
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Maintain a curious and learning attitude by continuously seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management
• Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Salary & Benefits / What We Offer

The compensation for this position ranges from $17.60 - $18.00 CAD (hourly). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
