Job summary

SMCP is seeking a PT Keyholder in Vancouver to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the Sandro and Maje brands. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

You will build client relationships, provide styling advice, and ensure a welcoming, luxe shopping environment in line with SMCP values. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail or customer service
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Luxury retail knowledge and passion for fashion
• Excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.

As a Keyholder, you’ll support the store leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the store and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and working in luxury retail.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly, approachable, and persuasive demeanor.
• Adaptable and open to pursuing a career in retail management.
• Social media presence is a plus but not required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
