Zusammenfassung

Walmart Canada in Greenwood, Nova Scotia, is seeking a capable Picker/Packer to assemble customer orders across temperature zones, ensure accuracy, and prepare shipments for on-time delivery.

You'll work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, maintain food safety and quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced store team while handling lifting up to 50 lbs and equipment safely. The role starts at CAD 17.15 per hour.

What you'll do...

Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.

Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.

Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Support Customers and Team Operations
Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.

Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
