My Secure Advantage is seeking a Part-Time Financial Coach (Contractor) based in Canada to provide unbiased, one-on-one financial coaching to employees as part of their employer-sponsored benefits.

The role is remote with approximately 8 hours per week, requiring fluency in English and French. Coaches will cover budgeting, debt reduction, retirement planning, investments, insurance, and home buying, without any sales activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.
• Strong knowledge of financial topics, including budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, credit improvement, investments, insurance, and home buying.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with confidentiality and ethical practices in financial education.
• Access to reliable internet and the ability to work remotely.
• Proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in the country's native language if it differs from English.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Financial Coach based in Canada to provide unbiased financial education and coaching to employees as part of their employer-sponsored benefits package. The role involves offering personalized, one-on-one financial coaching sessions on topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit improvement, retirement planning, investment education, insurance, and home buying. This is a fully remote position available to candidates outside of the United States. Coaches will deliver unbiased, non-sales-driven coaching tailored to each employee’s unique financial situation.
