A leading health service provider in Edmonton is seeking a Psychologist to deliver in-person and remote counseling services as part of their Workplace Support Programs. The ideal candidate must have a Ph.D. or master's in Psychology and be registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Employment: Permanent PT or FT (Flexible FTE Available)
A group of programs designed to address mental health concerns in the workplace. TELUS Health Workplace Support Program offers the industry\'s earliest intervention into employee mental health and addictions issues that require a solution beyond short-term EAP support or as part of a disability case management treatment plan. The programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support an individual\'s return to healthy productivity. These clinical interventions address issues requiring longer-term, more specialized or more intensive levels of care in order to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence and disability.
Reporting to the WSP team manager, you will be providing in-person and remote counselling services for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs (WSP). You will also provide mental health and substance use assessments, diagnosis, treatment recommendations and intervention.
