With this support and assistance, Bayshore clients are able to remain in the comfort of their own home, enhancing their quality of life, dignity, and independence. Our PSWs assist clients with activities of daily living, according to the care plan, as well as provide cognitive, social and/or emotional support, and complete other assigned tasks such as meal preparation, laundry and monitoring household safety. Client Care plans may include skin care, hair care, mouth care, bathing, bowel and bladder care, positioning and movement, exercise, feeding, special diets, assistance with oxygen administration and medication reminders.
