Qualifications

• Familiarity with primary care, telehealth, or multi-provider environments.
• Knowledge of private/direct-pay markets and virtual care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clinicians and guide them through the signup process.
• Identify in-demand specialties and care models aligned with regional needs.
• Deliver an efficient, tech-supported onboarding experience for providers.
• Educate new providers on building sustainable, direct-to-patient practices.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario’s regulatory frameworks.
