Qualifications

• Experience in red-teaming or safety analysis in engineering contexts.
• Background in propulsion or energetic materials is preferred.
• Ability to write clear, justified technical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging prompts labeled benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards.
• Draft reference answers and explain the technical reasoning.
