ProProduct Development Representatives are crucial team members who identify and connect with existing ServiceTitan customers to demonstrate how our advanced Pro modules can enhance their ServiceTitan ROI and add significant value to their operations.
Your primary focus is driving product adoption and revenue growth through strategic engagement with our current customer base.
This role requires a blend of sales drive and customer success empathy to effectively drive product adoption.
You will receive focused support and development to ensure your success in this specialized sales function.
Our policy states that if you are within ~40 miles of a Hub office, you will be required to go to the office 1-2 days a week.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary for this role for candidates residing in Canada is $60,008 CAD+ commission. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
