Overview

As a Proposal Writer (NOC 51112), you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and delivering persuasive, accurate, and compliant proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other client requests. This role requires a combination of strong writing skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while collaborating with multiple departments. This is a full-time position and will be based out of our Abbotsford, BC office.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, write, edit, and proofread proposal documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with client requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and create compelling proposal content
  • Review and interpret bid documents, identifying deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements
  • Organize and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and support documentation
  • Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Participate in strategy sessions to refine proposal messaging and win themes
  • Ensure that all proposal materials follow company branding, style, and quality standards
